This is our next installment of the Acid Rain World FAV line by Toys Alliance reviews. This is the FAV-A06 Sand Armored Trailer Set. As always in the FAV line this does include a figure which is highly articulated with a large amount gear already on your figure (you may not notice at first). Of course it also includes weapons and accessories such as a giant rocket launcher!

The Sand Armored Trailer is also loaded down with options. First thing you will notice is some extra parts that come with it, these are for whatever configuration you decide upon or need. Both the front and back of the trailers tailgates fold down for easy loading and unloading. The back can be rigged to hook up another vehicle in tow to further extend your convoy or fit with the motorcycle rack to carry you FAV-A03 Field Wildebeest WB3f with you where ever you go. Trailer is also highly detailed, weathered and textured. Just so everyone understand what I mean by textured is the sandy parts feel gritty. If you can find a clean spot it will usually feel smooth but good luck finding one of those. Like I mentioned these as extremely detailed. They almost come to life in photos and look great in any collection. Okay on with the show.

Mechanized tactical logistics teams are formed by various units such as TEs, Transporters and Medics, who all follow the commands of the TL Sergeant. The size of each team depends on the scale of the mission. In addition to leading the team, the TL Sergeant is responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of resources to their destinations.

Since desert sandstorms often damage the operating systems of high-tech vehicles, Sand TL Sergeants prefer to use durable, lightweight Armored Trailers to transport troops and supplies. Armored Trailers can also link light vehicles such as Wildebeests to their rear.

This package was made of a thick cardboard. Inside contained a black thick clam shell with a clear thick clam shell top. Sheets of thin plastic were used to separate the individual pieces when needed. All very sturdy, top notch touches really.

This set is nothing short of amazing like the rest with it’s detailing, weathering, accessories, articulation, and packaging. This is exactly what you would come to expect by Toys Alliance and the Acid Rain World line. This figure is one of my favorites as he differs from the Sand Tactical Engineer (which is also included with FAV-A04 Sand Bunker Set) as he has more of the pilot type of helmet and headgear. Oddly though the Sand Tactical Engineer is also one of my favorites due to the coloring on his goggles always standing out peering at you.

This set adds a lot of functionality (as it is intended over a stand a lone purchase) for your other Acid Rain World figures and sets. It seems almost every release in the line is meant to work together and compliment one another. It is really well thought out and engineered, I have really enjoyed working with the line. If this look like it may be your thing then I highly suggest you give this line a try, if looking to add on to existing sets then it is almost a must have to build your convoy.
