Fans Hobby MB-13 Ace Hitter

Today we will be taking a look at MB-13 Ace Hitter which is Fans Hobby’s rendition of GoShooter! Of course this bot changes from a police car with movable mirrors and headlights to robot with a tiny robot driver that transforms to the head of the police car. This is meant to represent one of the Headmaster Jrs but being a Japanese Character many of you may not recognize him.

The packaging is mainly a white with a blue secondary coloring. The bot name is in a striking yellow that really grabs attention. Back of the box shows the bot in various poses with his driver and of course includes a battle scene reminiscent of the G1 boxes but using Fans Hobby bots.

MB-13 Ace Hitter checks much off the list for me personally but I did not grow up watching this character as he was a Japanese character and not one seen here in the US, others may look for different aspects than I personally do. I feel the vehicle is done very well considering the body splits to form a cockpit. I do like the way the bot modes shoulders sit and not as high as the others such as Athena or Wheel Blade. This is also probably my second favorite mold of the series. This is an easy win for Fans Hobby and I do highly suggest any fans of Headmasters, Transformers the series, GoShooter, or even just Fans Hobby fans in general will enjoy this release and I highly suggest picking it up.
